In this position, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly on the work floor. You will lead the team, assign tasks, and ensure that quality, speed, and service are always excellent. Together with the other supervisor, you will promote a strong team spirit. Sometimes you will supervise from the sidelines, and sometimes you will roll up your sleeves and take the lead. You are the link that ensures that the team functions optimally and continues to grow. With the support of the operations manager and his/her assistant, you will supervise the bar, restaurant, and meeting rooms.
